Research

Anaphylaxis is a severe allergic reaction to an otherwise harmless substance. It is required for anaphylaxis sufferers to carry two adrenaline autoinjectors at all times.

I conducted a survey of 100 participants through Anaphylaxis Campaign.

The majority of people who did not carry their EpiPen or adrenaline autoinjector around with them at all times said:

• They forgot

• It was too bulky

• Didn’t have pockets

• Didn’t have a bag big enough

• Didn’t want to carry a bag

• Didn’t feel like carrying it.
